Microsoft Power Platform services overview
As a Microsoft Power Platform partner, Exquitech designs, builds and supports the apps, automations and agents your teams use every day, on Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Power Pages, Power BI and Dataverse.
We start with the process, not the tool. If a form and an approval solve it, that is what we build. If it needs an agent that reads documents and updates a system of record, we build that instead.
The part most organizations skip is governance. We set up environments, data policies and monitoring first, so what your teams build stays inside the rules as it spreads.
The Power Platform products
Six products, one data layer and one security model. Here is what each one is for.
Power Apps
Business apps for web and mobile, built on your data, replacing the spreadsheets, paper forms and shared inboxes that run a process today.
Power Automate
Cloud flows for system to system automation and desktop flows for robotic process automation, so older apps with no API still get automated.
Power BI
Reporting and dashboards over governed data, with row level security so people only see the numbers they are allowed to see.
Power Pages
Secure external sites and portals for customers, partners and citizens, running on the same Dataverse records your staff use.
Copilot Studio
The place you build agents. Computer using agents, generally available since May 2026, can drive apps that expose no API at all.
Dataverse
The data layer underneath it all: tables, relationships, auditing and Microsoft Entra security shared by every app and agent.
Power Platform governance
Low code spreads fast. These are the controls we put in before it does.
-
Environment strategy
Separate development, test and production, with a clear rule for who can create environments and where personal apps are allowed to live.
-
Data policies
Data loss prevention plus advanced connector policies, live since June 2026, covering connector actions and the MCP servers AI tools use.
-
Inventory and monitoring
A live list of apps, flows and agents, who owns each one, which connectors it uses, and an alert when something drifts outside policy.
-
Center of Excellence
Naming standards, maker training, an app catalog and a support path, so citizen developers build to the same pattern every time.
What customers get
What changes once apps, automations and agents are built properly.
-
Processes that run themselves
Manual steps, rekeying and chased approvals disappear into flows that run the same way every single time.
-
Low code development
Your own team builds and changes apps, so small improvements stop waiting for a development cycle.
-
Data driven insights
Power BI reporting over governed data, so decisions use one set of numbers instead of three spreadsheets.
-
Integration
Native links to Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365 and Azure, plus more than 1,400 connectors to everything else.
-
Cost savings
Fewer point tools to license and maintain, and fewer processes that need a person to move data between them.
-
Flexibility
Apps work on phones, tablets and desktops, online or offline, for field teams as much as office staff.
-
Enhanced security
Environment strategy, data policies and Microsoft Entra identity applied to every app, flow and agent you run.
